    "text_snippet": "Alaska PRAMS Home Explore Technical notes Resources User Agreement 2023 data are now included About these data: The Alaska Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) is an on-going survey sent to approximately one of every five mothers of newborns in Alaska, with oversampling on some subpopulations. The purpose of PRAMS is to collect information about birthing parents\u0027 behaviors and experiences surrounding pregnancy, with the ultimate goal to reduce infant morbidity and mortality. These survey data are weighted to estimate the statewide population prevalence of all births in Alaska during the calendar year of interest. When sample size is sufficient, smaller geographical subunits are also provided.
